  • How much is shipping?
  • Where do you deliver?
    We can deliver anywhere! If your country is not listed in the 'How much is shipping?' tab, please contact us and we will gladly add your country for automatic postage calculations.
  • Can I check the status of my order?
    Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
  • What should I do if my order gets damaged?
    Please take a photo of the shipping box as it arrives, along with the damaged products. Then, within 7 days of receiving the goods, please email info@cmygrotto.com with your order number and the photos attached. We will make every effort to address the issue of damaged goods and provide a resolution.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
    If you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Please contact our customer care team at info@cmygrotto.com if you would like to proceed with canceling your order.
  • Returns & Refunds
    Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" situations. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to grant a refund or exchange, even if the products have not been opened. Our returns and refunds policy adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Australian Consumer Law. If you encounter any issues with your products upon receipt, please contact us promptly at info@cmygrotto.com. We are committed to resolving any problems in a timely manner. At CMYGROTTO, we have great confidence in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy them as much as we do. Prior to using any of our products, please read the product description carefully and follow the usage instructions provided on the product label.
